As soon as any order is placed by a customer one of our members of staff will be immediately alerted to the fact, 24 hours a day seven days a week, and we will be in contact with you within 24 hours to confirm your purchase, confirm payment and confirm delivery instructions. You will be kept up-to-date with delivery times and dates every step of the way and the courier delivering your stove will be in possession of your contact number to contact you and confirm a delivery time en route.

We aim to deliver all stoves within 7 - 10 working days of receiving payment although customers will be kept up to date in the event of any unforeseen issues.

Where possible we will always look to accommodate delivery dates and delivery times in accordance with your instructions and at your convenience.
